Changes, Enhancements & Improvements

BIG NEWS - We are back in the Hard Chrome and Chromic Anodize business.

By the end of April our Hard Chrome plating and Type I Anodizing will be fully operational in our new facility. Combining all operations under one roof will result in higher efficiency and quality, and better service.

Our new Facility is a modern, high capacity Metal Finishing job shop. Wide isles and larger equipment create a very efficient and productive workflow. That translates into better service, higher quality and competitive prices. Our computerized and automated closed loop pollution control system guarantees environmental integrity and compliance. Our customers are assurred that they are dealing with the company that cares about our environment. We will be there to serve you.

Introducing THREE New Processes

1. We have installed a revolutionary new replacement process for hard chrome plating, that also shows great promise for decorative applications. As hard as hard chrome and as beautiful as decorative chrome. What a combination.

2. We also have a new Citric Acid Passivation process, which contains no chromium. This conforms to ASTM A 967. We call this environmentally responsible.

3. AND, we have installed a new Hard Anodizing process that will accept color dying.

We are also considering such additions as parts marking and clean-room packaging. Please indicate your interest in such processes.
